A to Z Blog Challenge Intermission

I decided to participate in the A to Z challenge rather last-minute so I have been on the back foot and been writing these daily and also picked the theme of entertainment / pop culture / music which are all things I love immensely however they aren’t things I would talk about in much detail here as I consider this my blog about writing and writers.

So to sum it all up in the last fifteen days this is what I have learnt:

  1. That I can write everyday even if it is for half an hour – the proof is in the posts you have seen here on this site.
  2. I enjoy writing about other subjects.

So what am I going to do about these two things I hear you ask, well to start with I am going to continue with writing everyday like I have been with this challenge and give myself deadlines.

Also I have created another blog which is just a collection of photos and just two short posts at the moment and it isn’t going to be my main focus but sometimes as writers we see something that we fancy writing about a rant, a bad day at work, a photo in the woods, the epic moment in one of my favourite television shows – well when these things happen they will be at my other home.

So far I am really enjoying the blogging challenge and can’t believe I have come up with a topic everyday with only a letter as a starting point, it has helped having a theme but sometimes it’s 11pm at night and it only just hits me.

I want to thank everyone that has so far commented on and/or liked my A to Z posts, I hope you have all enjoyed it so far.

However don’t change the channel just yet there is still more to come.

This blog was kind of part of the A to Z Challenge and I hope you enjoyed it and plan to come back for more. To keep ahead of the game please sign up to my email subscription and if you fancy interacting with me on Twitter I am @markbrassington.
