Today at Fan Expo Toronto DC Entertainment announced a brand new title for 2013 to be written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by David Finch.
Justice League of America will be a new on-going series featuring a brand new team. Made up of Martian Manhunter, Catwoman, Katana, Stargirl, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Vibe, and the new Green Lantern. The characters have been brought together by Steve Trevor and another person behind the scenes who leads the team.
Run by A.R.G.U.S the team’s first outing will be a battle against The Secret Society of Super-Villains.
The fact that DC have got Geoff Johns on this title shows that it is going to be a very important part of DC’s roster in the next few years. With rumours swirling about a JLA film it is clear that DC Entertainment have big plans for 2013 on page and screen.
