Marvel Comics have released promo pages and information for their up and coming Marvel NOW title; Uncanny Avengers. The title will launch from the ashes of Avengers Vs. X-Men and will unite the X-Men and the Avengers, the title will see Havok being promoted into a leadership role which says “He’s being promoted to a role that he doesn’t want, but is really huge,” said Remender during a live blog and although the initial line of Captain America, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Rogue, Wolverine and Havok have been revealed it doesn’t mean it will be the final line up. “The six characters we’ve shown are not the only characters who will be on this team.” said Tom Brevoort who also went onto to talk about the new status quo in regards to the structure of the Marvel Universe “the X-Men kind of stuck to their own little corner of the Marvel Universe. That artificial boundary is going away.”
Uncanny Avengers #1 goes on sale October 10th which is also the first title to kick off the new Marvel NOW line of titles. Here are some preview pages from Marvel from the up and coming title:
Uncanny Avengers #1 goes on sales October 10th from the creative team of Rick Remender and John Cassaday and I for one cannot wait to pick this title up and ride the wave of what looks to be a very exciting time over at Marvel.
