Or so ends the Omnicorp viral site for the Robocop remake, scheduled for release in 2014. It boasts a highly impressive cast, from Gary Oldman to Samuel L. Jackson, whilst Joel Kinnaman (AMC’s The Killing) will be wearing the suit. The remake will be directed by José Padilha (Bus 174, The Elite Squad).
Having been initially scheduled for release in 2013 and with the director admitting “this is hell” should fans be concerned that the project is at risk of being shelved? Lets hope not.
“We’ve got the future under control.”
