Trapped in a mob hospital, at the mercy of Smoothie, the torture expert, and his team of sadists, Nick’s only hope is (strangely enough) Happy the Horse. And with only three days until Black Christmas, can the unlikely duo stop Paedo-Santa’s rampage?
