Yep, the Jovi are back and they are on a budget tour of football stadia.

There is a rumour that tickets will be available for £12.50, which is very kind of the Jersey boys unless they are showing some obscure support for Tim Farron (MP).

Amy Winehouse’s Wedding Dress Stolen

The wedding dress of tragic contralto and member of the 27-club, Amy Winehouse, has been stolen from the late singer’s house in Camden. The dress, which she wore to her wedding to Blake Fielder-Civil, was taken alongside another that she sported on an episode of Later… with Jools Holland.

Stairway to be Remastered

Zeppelin is being remastered © Everett Collection/Rex Features

Zeppelin guitarist extraordinaire and Aleister Crowley fan Jimmy Page has announced that the godfathers of rock are having their back catalogue remastered. Which can only be a good thing if you ask me as you’ll finally be able to hear that the lyric as ‘going to California with an achin’ in my heart’, rather than, ‘with an ATM in my heart.’

Who Ate All the Pies?

Heart-throb pretty pop boys One Direction have been put on a strict fitness regime to prepare for their up-coming world tour. Niall Horan dislocated his knee 14 times and Zayn Malik has just come off crutches after hurting himself while out on the razz. Not to be outdone, Harry Styles has a bad back and Liam Payne did himself an injury with a computer… certainly puts the longevity of the Rolling Bones in context!

Alt-J Find Success at Mercurys

Four-piece alternative indie outfit Alt-J put Plan B in his place when they were awarded the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize in North London. The band thanked their parents for, “not making us get jobs”, before saying that they wouldn’t be buying vats of caviar just yet as the prize money, “won’t nearly pay off our student loans.”

…and finally!

Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler says the band are like “modern-day sorcerers” due to the magic they create when in the studio. Legend.
