Set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland populated by mutants and flash-eating ogres, Number 13 searches for his identity, beyond the name given to him by a young girl Lorna, whom he rescues. Facing danger at every turn, Number 13 has to fight to stay alive, in order to discover who he is. However, will he learn the deadly truth of what he is?
