Blending action, science fiction and horror in 64 pages, this novella is the story of Zoe Wallace, a prominent young scientist (oh how I wish I was) who specialises in classifying viruses. When offered a job in a remote facility in Antarctica, she discovers her new employer has unearthed a preserved Neanderthal – however this is only one of the secrets lurking in the facility and Zoe faces a race against time to stop a global pandemic.
